The blacklist is the list of unsubscribed recipients from your communications. OxiMailing never contacts a recipient whose address is on the blacklist. When a recipient unsubscribes from your mailing list, OxiMailing automatically adds them to the list.

In some cases, you may need to add a recipient to the list (direct request, for example). To do this:

• Go to the ” Account ” menu (in the OxiMailing menu bar) then ” Blacklist (Unsubscribed) ”.
• Click on the pencil icon and select ” Add an address to the list ”.
• Enter and validate your address.
