You have two offers that can complement each other:

• On-demand credit

The principle is simple: you buy the email credits you need. These credits are usable immediately and have an unlimited validity period (provided that your account remains active, i.e., at least one purchase every 12 months, regardless of the amount).

• Subscription plans

You choose the number of emails you want to route during the month and opt for the corresponding annual subscription.

ℹ️ You can also combine the two formulas, that is, subscribe to a subscription and, if necessary, subscribe to on-demand credit for periods during which the subscription alone is not sufficient.

• Rules to follow when using our sending platform:

To be able to use our servers, your address files must be sufficiently qualified, and your messages must perfectly comply with the legislation (no spam with us!).

In order to ensure impeccable service quality, we constantly monitor activity on our servers and do not hesitate to cut off access to dishonest or at-risk users when necessary. By “dishonest or at-risk users,” we mean those who pose a risk of excessive saturation and/or blacklisting of our servers:

• any user who practices spam, especially by using stolen files or files built using address scrapers (a perfectly illegal practice),

• any user who is the subject of repeated and justified complaints from their recipients,

• any user who sends emails with illegal, dubious, or sensitive content that systematically leads to blacklisting. For example: pyramid schemes, gambling, advertising for radar detectors, clairvoyance…

• any user who conveys messages of a racist, pornographic, defamatory nature…

• any user who transmits “hoax” messages, those famous web hoaxes and scams…
