Highlighting is an exclusive feature of Oxemis software, which OxiMailing fully benefits from. It allows you to mark certain lines in your address file with one of the proposed colors. These lines are then more visible than others, but in addition to that, being highlighted in a color allows you to filter only on these recipients!

How to use highlighting?

In the list of recipients, select the lines you want to highlight, right-click and then select “highlight…” and choose the highlighting color. You will then see the recipients highlighted in the color you have chosen.

To filter these recipients, you can use the “Search / Advanced” function;

When sending, check the box “Send only to highlighted recipients in” as well as the highlighting color(s) of the recipients you wish to contact!
