To start this tool, click on “Checks” then “Check email addresses”.

What is it?

When you upload a file of email addresses, it may contain addresses that do not have a correct email format.

For example, an email address missing the ”@” symbol or a dot (“support@oxemiscom” instead of “support@oxemis.com”).

The email address verification assistant will help you identify these incorrect addresses (or at least as many of them as possible).

How it works

Once the tests are completed, you have the choice between 3 options:

• Close and display the incorrect email addresses (to correct them manually)

• Close and delete the incorrect email addresses

• Export the errors to a file

Attention: do not confuse this function with the management of NPAI. Our tool cannot ensure that the email inbox actually exists before sending. This function allows you to get rid of addresses with incorrect formats. It does not replace the cleaning function after sending (NPAI management).
