Both are intended to neutralize deliveries to certain addresses.

Blacklist

The blacklist is composed of addresses of individuals who have expressed their wish to no longer receive emails from you:

• Individuals who have clicked on an unsubscribe link from one of your previous campaigns,

• Individuals who have reported spam related to one of your past campaigns. Some operators, such as Yahoo, Microsoft, La Poste… transmit the “complaints” expressed against you, translated into unsubscribe requests,

• Individuals manually added by you.

Redlist

The redlist is absolutely not modifiable and contains several types of addresses:

• Individuals who have requested to not receive any emails from anyone from our platform,

• Individuals who have reported spam related to one of your past campaigns (addresses also added to the blacklist),

• Individuals with an address linked to an obsolete domain name (voila.fr, tele2.fr, chello.fr…).
